This program focuses on education and outreach as well as boat inspections and boat decontamination. By 2016 over 120,000 inspections have been performed and 50 boat stations with multiple decontamination units have been established. Multiple local partnerships have been established through this program, and volunteer stewards conduct inspections and decontaminations.
