This report summarizes some recent research funded by the Mississippi River Basin Panel on Aquatic Nuisance Species. The study evaluated the effectiveness of Edwards protocol’s on dreissenid mussels veligers, in hatchery hauling truck and in laboratory trials, and under different conditions (Sodium concentration and conductivity, water temperature, and veliger size).
